The villa is open plan with 4 patio doors leading to garden/pool area (1 from bedroom) with 6 sunbeds, table 6 chairs, fixed parasols and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
The villa is in a village which has a cove with a sandy beach.
Es Trenc beach is a large and one of the most famous beaches in Mallorca.
Golf
There are 2 local golf courses and about 20 on the island.
Travel
Cala Pi is on the south coast 20 miles from the airport.
There are many places to visit in Mallorca with markets most days, the nearest is in Lucmajor, 15 mins away.
The nearest water park is in Arenal 15 mins.

Palma, 38km.
Further details
The village of Cala Pi has many restaurants, Spanish, Argentinian, Greek and many others. There is a large hotel in the village centre at which excursions can be booked and has evening entertainment.
Palma has many shopping areas.
Booking notes
£100 deposit required with booking.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to stay. Keys will be sent out 2 weeks before departure.
