Notes on accommodation
Marspres villas in Binibeca are side-by-side and set in their own private gardens. They share a large, private 10 metre by 5 metre pool. Both villas have a large roof terrace and are fully equipped for self-catering holidays.

Accessibility
These villas may be unsuitable for people with mobility problems as there are a number of steps to negotiate.

Outside
The villas share a private swimming pool 10m x 5m with poolside sitting areas, 2 barbecues and secluded gardens. Both villas have roof top terraces.

Coast/Beach
The villas are within a 3 minute walk of the beach at Binibeca and only a few minutes walk to the local restaurants, supermarkets and car hire. The pretty beach with a tapas bar is very safe for children of all ages.

Golf
There is a golf course within 30 minutes drive at Son Parc.

Travel
The airport at Mahon is approximately 20 minutes drive from the villas.

Distances
Binibeca is ideally situated being so close to the beautiful town and port of Mahon the capital, and approx 1 hours drive to the north of the island which is also extremely beautiful.
