San Jaime is approx. 20 mins from Mahon airport and is ideally located to reach all parts of this lovely Island.

| Bedrooms: |
2 Bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 large single beds. Both bedrooms have windows on 2 elevations which allows excellent ventilation. A fold-up bed is available for a 5th guest. |
| Bathrooms: |
The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower, handbasin, wc and bidet. Obscure glazed window to gardens provides natural ventilation. |
| Kitchen: |
Well appointed kitchen with extensive range of cupboards, and with fridge/freezer, electric hob and cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. There are ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, etc. |
| Living Rooms: |
Lounge with comfortable furniture, dining table and chairs, radio/cassette/CD player. Good selection of books and games available. |

Bed linen are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach/swimming towels. |
Notes on accommodation
No smoking in apartment please. Due to the steps to and from the apartment it is not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access, or otherwise with walking difficulties. If cot or fold-up bed are required please ensure this is made known at time of booking.
Outside
The apartment has a large sun terrace overlooking the sea and Son Bou beach and is equipped with loungers, sun chairs, dining table and chairs, and built-in BBQ. If it gets too hot there is an excellent awning to provide shade. Drinks on the terrace in the evening catching the sun set is ‘a must’. The large shared-pool has recently been refurbished and is set in the beautiful gardens with its numerous colourful plants, shrubs, pine and palm trees.
Coast/Beach
The longest beach on the Island, viewed from the terrace is approx. 10 mins walk away (all down hill!), or 3 mins by car. The beach has a selection of good quality beach bars for either eat-in or take-away, and there is a wonderful walk along the coast to Santo Tomas, beyond which the caves and village of Es Migjorn Gran can also be reached.
Golf
The Island has one golf course at present and this is approx 30 mins drive away. There is also a thriving bowls club only 30 mins drive away.
Travel
Mahon Airport is an easy 20 mins drive away. Car hire pick-up from the Airport is easy and we recommend you hire a car as this will give you easy access to the rest of this beautiful Island. We can provide the telephone number of several reputable car hire companies for you to contact.
Distances
The nearest town is Alaoir, 4 miles away. Es Mercadal is approx. 5 miles away. The two "capital towns" Mahon and Ciutadella are both approx. 30 mins drive away. The Son Bou resort with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants is only 10/15 mins walk away (all downhill!). The San Valantin supermarket is approx. 5 mins (level) walk away.
Further details
The Son Bou beach has recreational facilities for most tastes and is the longest beach on the Island. Laying behind the beach is a large protected wetlands area where many species of wild birds can be seen. An excellent selection of eating and drinking places can be found in the local towns and villages of Alaior, Es Mercadal, Es Migjorn Gran, Ferrerias and many, many more. A visit to all these towns will be time well spent.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to commencement. If the holiday is booked less that 8 weeks to commencement, the full charge is payable. All clients are recommended to take out cancellation insurance. If you fail to insure or if your claim does not qualify, the following applies :- a) If we unable to re-let, all sums paid shall be forfeit. b) If we re-let, we shall refund all sums paid less a handling charge of £30 per week
