The property is on the first floor and there is no lift.
Outside
Balcony with table and chairs, retractable clothes line. The balcony receives afternoon sun with views to the mountains.
Coast/Beach
The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minute stroll over level ground. The local beach is safe, and uncrowded. Fixed sunshades & loungers are available to rent. A sailing /windsurf school (and rental) is nearby, and the nearest seafront bar is just across the road that runs around the bay. The area is perfect for walkers and cyclists.
Golf
Golf Club Alcanada - Alcudia - 20 minute drive.
Golf Pollenca - Pollenca - 10 minute drive.
Travel
Palma International Airport - 45 mins drive. Hire Car is recommended but not essential.Palma and the airport can be reached using buses or local taxis and there is a very good shuttle service to and from Palma and the Villa Concha Aparthotel which is a few minutes away from the apartment.
Distances
Port de Pollenca town centre 10 mins easy walk. Pollenca (historic market town) 10 mins drive 20 mins easy cycle ride.
Alcudia Port & Resort 10/15 mins drive 20/30 mins cycle ride along the bay. Palma City 45 mins drive. All also accessable by good local bus services.

Puerto Pollensa market is on Wednesday morning and Pollensa market is on Sunday morning.
Booking notes
Interested parties will be sent a booking form. Return of the form with £100 deposit will secure a booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday. At the time the balance is paid we will also require a cheque for £75.00 - as security deposit which will be destroyed immediately after their holiday provided everything is left in good order.

About the owner
We are 4 friends who bought this charming and ideally situated apartment 10 years ago in order to enjoy it ourselves and let it out to like-minded people. We live in Surrey and enjoy as many trips as possible to our little haven in Puerto Pollensa!
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
El Pinaret is ideally situated for the beach - it's just a short walk to the bottom of the road. It is also easy to walk to the supermarkets and the town and therefore we only use the car to go further afield - or to do a big shop! It is also easy to get to from the airport, being only about a 40 minute drive, so you can very quickly be in the apartment and on holiday!
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is quite spacious for a one bedroom property and there is always parking available in the road which is handy. There is also a separate bathroom and loo!
