The owner has spent considerable time and money to restore and refurbish the house, will lovely paintings, antiques and furniture. It is situated on a small narrow and quiet street close to the town square with its shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and market. It is only a short drive down to the beach in Puerto Soller. From the roof terrace you can see the sea to one side, the Soller orange valley and the mountains to another.

Outside
There is a small back garden with some chairs and a table and on the roof terrace there are sun chairs. The back garden also has a lovely BBQ.
Coast/Beach
There is a short drive down to Puerto Soller and the beach. Puerto Soller has sandy, pebble and rocky beaches. There are lots of water sports, pedalos, boats, canoes down at the beach as well as restaurants, cafe's and bars. The night life is fun in Puerto Soller.
Golf
To the closest golf course there is about 20 minutes drive.
Travel
The airport is about 35 mins drive from Soller and Palma is about 25 mins away. If you come by boat we recommend you to take the port in Palma. A car is not essential but we do recommend you rent one. There is a small vintage train that goes from Soller to Palma and a vintage tram that goes down to the Port and there is a bus service as well.
Distances
Soller is an all year round destination. It is the biggest town on the North Coast with all essentials for a good holiday. There are a variety of supermarket, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, banks, post office all in walking distance from your house. Saturday is market day in the town but the market is also open every morning.
Further details
There are lovely walks/hikes around Soller, most of them nicely marked. You can do a day trip to Sa Calobra and the Lluc Monastery and taking the scenic route to Pollensa and down to the East coast and beautiful Formentor, going back on the motorway through the island. Or go to the west to Deia, Valldemossa and follow the road to Andraitx with stop in many beautiful villages, ports and places on route. Take the motorway back through Palma.
