Linen and towels provided. Weekly linen change provided if the rental is for 2 weeks or more. |
Notes on accommodation
DVD player, cot, highchair and other baby equipment hire can be arranged for a small supplement.
Accessibility
All of the villa is distributed on the ground floor.
Outside
Private pool, measuring 7m x 4m which has a children section with a steel barrier separating it from main pool. Roman steps and ladder access to the pool. Exterior shower. Sunbathing terraces, small grassed garden, roof terrace with sea views. Sun loungers, patio table and chairs. There is a stone BBQ for outdoor dining.
Coast/Beach
A 12 minute walk to the sandy beach of Calan Bosch with a beachside bar/restaurant, sunbed, parasol and pedalo hire. A further 7 minutes walk to the beach of Son Xoriguer where water sports can be found. The marina at Calan Bosch (10 mins walk from villa) is where the main restaurants, bars and shops of the resort are situated.
Travel
Mahon airport 45km approx. Car hire is recommended but, due to the villas proximity to resort amenities, is not essential.
Distances
A 10 minutes drive to the beautiful town of 'Ciutadella' (ancient capital of Menorca) for shopping, interesting local architecture and pretty harbour.
Further details
A two minute walk from the villa is a smaller commercial centre with a selection of bars, restaurants, shops and a Scuba Diving Centre.
