All rooms have ceiling fans. 2 minutes to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Safe beach 5 mins walk (max).

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and euros.
Discounts may be given for under occupancy depending on time of the year. Prices are based on 4 people sharing. For extra persons up to a maximum of 8 please add £100 per person per week. Discounts avaialble for under and max occupancy on discretion of owner.
Cots and high chairs £25 pw each. Children under 12 months free. Pool heater extra £100 pw during Marchh,Apr,June, Sept, Oct. Winter lets from £400 per month exc of bills.
Changeover day
Saturdays from May - October, outside of these dates by mutual negotiation with the owner.

Property is cleaned before your arrival, for those staying 2 weeks an interim in clean at the end of the 1st week with new laundry. Linen towels changed every week. |

Accessibility
There are 3 steps from the inner hall to the lower hall where the bedrooms are situated, and 2 steps from the breakfast terrace to the pool terrace. All doors and corridors are wide enough for wheelchairs and bathrooms by the WC's have a limited turning area. A small sloping path leads from the rear gate to the front of the property.
Outside
Gardens laid to plants and gravel, sprinklers come on in the evening to water the plants. Swimming pool is 8x4 with a roman end at the shallow end. The pool depth is from 1.5m - 2m. Pool is heated and pool cover/roller is placed along the side of the pool when not in use. Pool has a slide in the deep end. Pool is for sole use of the villa guests only.
Coast/Beach
Beach 350m. Binibeca beach is renowned as one of the best on the Island with gentle sloping sands for safe bathing for children with rocks either side of the beach for crabbing etc. Lavatories and a wonderful beach bar/cafe situated on the beach. Such is the popularity that during the day floating 'gin palaces' drop anchor and spend the day at Binibeca. For those not wanting the beach, safe bathing from the rocks, 75m away from the villa.
Golf
Son Parc golf cloub 40 mins drive away.
Travel
Mahon 15km. Car hire is not essential as everything is mins away, however, for those staying 2 weeks it is recommended for at least one week, contact owner for best deals.
Distances
Sant Lluis 3 miles. Mahon 5 miles. Punta Prima 2 miles.
Further details
Cash point 1km away. Numerous restaurants and bars less than 75m.

Please contact owner for booking form. A deposit of £100 confirms the holiday, balance due around 6 weeks before departure. Please do not book flights unless you have been informed by the owner that your holiday is confirmed.
