The start to the beautiful Boquer Valley walk is just 5 minutes away and there is ample free parking immediately outside and in the neighbouring side roads. The English owners live locally and are on hand to provide help and advice if needed. This centrally heated apartment also makes an ideal choice when the summer’s heat has departed and the joys of exploring Mallorca can be experienced during the quieter winter months. Mallorca, with its fabulous Tramuntana mountain range has become a major centre for hikers and the quiet roads during the winter months attract cyclists.

Notes on accommodation
Reverse cycle air-conditioning to both bedrooms and the lounge/dining area. TV (with Satellite receiver for BBC, ITV etc.) CD and DVD player. We request no smoking inside the apartment. There are 4 or 5 wide steps leading up to the lift from the entrance hall.
Golf
There are two golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Palma airport serves the island and for those wanting to explore we suggest hiring a car from the airport, but all you will need is within easy walking distance of this apartment if you want a break from driving.We can arrange for our own driver and car to meet you at the airport and please ask for full details when reserving.
Booking notes
25% Non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to departure (along with a refundable £150 security deposit taken against unreasonable damage and excessive cleaning). Payments either in sterling to UK bank or in Euros via credit card. Meeting arrivals after midnight may be subject to a surcharge - please check with us before reserving.

My wife and family have lived in Puerto Pollensa for over ten years and have slowly built up a small personal letting business specialising in well equipped apartments in the resort. We know that it's important to clients that we are on hand and we meet every arrival individually and again see them off, returning their deposit in person, on the day they leave.

Puerto Pollensa is a peaceful family resort and the world class Pine Walk is a stunning feature of 'The Port'. To own a home here is an aspiration shared by many, but until that day any can rent and enjoy our beautiful bay.

Our apartments are all air-conditioned and heated, most have pools and three have private roof terraces. All have satellite TV receiving the UK free to air channels and all are comfortably furnished.
