This brand new, luxury 3 bed apartment has fabulous views of the ocean. It is situated in Bossa Beach near Figueretes in Ibiza town. Furnished in a modern contemporary style the spacious lounge has flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo CD system. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a video phone entry system, marble flooring and marble fitted bathrooms. The large master suite has a king size bed with its own en-suite shower and bathroom. The 2 remaining bedrooms are both good size twins. All bedrooms have great ocean views with their own window shutters, ideal for those late mornings or afternoon siestas. There is a further bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. The terrace has a comfortable seating area as well as a dining table seating 6 to 8 people, making it possible to dine to the sound of the ocean waves lapping on to the shore below. Changeover day
There is no preferred changeover day, we are very flexible. Check out is at midday and check in is at 2pm. If your flights don't coincide with these times we always endeavor to find you somewhere to store your luggage.

Accessibility
Access to the apartment is by stairs or lift. Access to the building is by stairs but wheelchair access is also available.
Outside
The large and well maintained gardens look wonderful lit up at night. There is an infinity pool for adults and a smaller pool for children. Both are shared with the other residents in the block but perhaps because the apartments are directly on the beach they are never that busy. There are loungers available around the pool area.
Coast/Beach
The apartment itself is directly on a very nice beach and there are several others quite nearby.
Golf
There are several courses in Ibiza, all set in beautiful surroundings. These golf courses provide excellent facilities and stunning views. Equipment is available for hire and golf lessons should always be booked in advance.
Travel
Ibiza airport is about 5km away and the port in Ibiza town is about 3km. Although a car is not necessary if you do hire one then the apartment is the ideal launch pad for exploring all that Ibiza has to offer.
Distances
Ibiza town is about 2km away. The island itself is quite small and is full of many spectacular monuments and landmarks. Some of these monuments on Ibiza date back hundreds of years and are in remarkable condition. The historic area of Dalt Vila in Ibiza town has actually been classed as a World Heritage site due to its numerous monuments and general historic importance.
Further details
There are many bars, restaurants, shops and banks in the local area. However, probably the best of all of these can be found in the nearby Ibiza town. Ibiza itself is renowned throughout the world and some of the best clubs are not too far away.
Booking notes
If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable 6 weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.
