This stylishly furnished, luxurious 2 bed apartment is directly on the beach. Sliding glass doors lead from the lounge out to the terrace which looks across the garden and pool towards the sea. There's a cable TV with a DVD and for internet users a wi-fi connection. The master bedroom with en-suite has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has 2 twins. A good supply of freshly laundered cotton sheets and quality towels is provided. The modern kitchen has all you need for the perfect meal. The beautifully fitted bathrooms have power showers and there is full air-conditioning throughout. There is also an intercom entry system for your security and convenience. The apartment is within walking distance of Ibiza town and is only a short walk from a shuttle ferry into the harbour of the old town. During the season this runs until the early hours of the morning. The apartment is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday or as a base for investigating all this magical island has to offer.

There is no preferred changeover day. Check out is at midday and check in is at 2pm. If your flight arrives or departs earlier or later then the times stated we always endeavor to find you somewhere to store your luggage.

Second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Bathrooms: The master bathroom has a wash basin, WC, bidet, bath and power shower and is stylishly fitted.

Kitchen: There is a cooker with a ceramic hob, oven and grill and everything you'd need to both cook and eat the perfect meal. There is ample storage including a fridge/freezer.
Utility Room: There is no separate utility room but there is a washing machine and tumble dryer fitted in the second shower room.
Living Rooms: As can be seen from the pictures the comfortable lounge is stylishly furnished. There is also a dining table seating 4 people. There's cable TV with a DVD that also plays CD's. The sliding glass doors lead directly on to the terrace.
Other: The terrace, with it's beautiful view of the sea across the garden and pool, has a table and 4 chairs perfect, for dining at any time of the day or night.

The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. It has an intercom entry system. The apartment is suitable for young children.

There is both a lift and staircase giving access to the property making it suitable for disabled people.

Outside
The gardens are lovely and lit up at night. The pool is shared between the block but perhaps due to the proximity of the beach and sea, is never very busy.

The apartment is directly on the beach. There are also many other beautiful beaches all a short distance away.

Golf
There are several courses in Ibiza, set in beautiful surroundings. These golf courses provide excellent facilities and stunning views. Equipment is available for hire and golf lessons should always be booked in advance.

Travel
The airport is around 5km away and the nearest large ferry is in Ibiza town. Hiring a car is not necessary but if done the property is the ideal launch pad from which to explore the Island.

Distances
Ibiza town is around 2km away and is the centre of the island for shops bars, clubs and restaurants. It also has the historical Dalt Vila which is a fantastic place to explore.

Further details
There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. For access to Ibiza town there's a small ferry just along the beach which operates every half an hour during the season. There is also a variety of water sports available all in the local area, some great walks and many places to see and visit. Of course Ibiza is renowned for its excellent nightlife and some of the island's famous clubs and bars are not too far away.

Booking notes
If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable 6 weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival. There is also a damage deposit of €500 euros (or the sterling equivalent) refundable on departure.
