The villa has extensive patios for sunbathing and dining alfresco whilst the conservatory provides an ideal lounging and dining area for more inclement weather. Sea views from the patio are stunning. From the roof terrace the vista from Punta Prima to the entrance of Mahon harbour is truly breathtaking.

Accessibility
In view of the steps this property is not suitable for guests with mobility problems - sorry.
Outside
A selection of tables, chairs and sunbeds are provided. A retractable sun canopy provides shade. Portable barbecue. The villa has 7 steps leading to a quiet road and as such is not recommended for young children.
Coast/Beach
The sea front at S’Algar with its man made beach and swimming from the rocks is a 5 minute walk whilst Cala Alcufar is the nearest natural beach and is a 15 minute walk.
Travel
Mahon airport is 20 minutes by car.
Car hire is not essential but would certainly make your holiday more enjoyable. We are able to arrange for you to collect and return to the airport.
Further details
There is a choice of shops restaurants and supermarkets in the resort. The nearest supermarket is only a 2 minute walk. A similar distance away is a pizzeria and the Las Palmeros villa complex with its large swimming pool. The centre of S’Algar is a 5 minute walk where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants.
S'algar is ideal for the active, and sporting facilities include tennis, archery, bowls, mini golf, football, horse-riding and mountain-bike hire. The water sports centre provides skiing, canoeing, paragliding banana rides and a top quality diving centre. There is limited nightlife in the resort, and this is mainly centred on the bars and hotels.
Ice packs, cool boxes and other essentials for picnicking at one of the many beaches are provided. The villa provides spacious accommodation for a maximum of 5 and is more suited to couples or families with older children.

Deposit of £100 per week required on booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
