We always advertise this luxury apartment as being a stones throw to the beach. How much closer could you get to the beach, see the cover photo for yourself. This really is a prime spot location. Without a doubt it's the ideal place for the entertainment of your children, while you can enjoy the tranquility of Cala Vinyas. The Regal is residential, made up of 2 buildings. Recently the apartment has been renovated back to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Along with the sofa bed in the lounge the apartment can accommodate 6 people. Cala Vinyas has restaurants bars and supermarkets all with in walking distance.

Prices shown are for the property per week in sterling Pounds. In winter we can be flexible with dates but in summer we prefer dates to follow on from bookings already taken. Please check and we can let you know availability. Discounts always offered in the winter months weekend deals available too.

Changeover day
Since the introduction of airlines such as Easy Jet and BMI Baby which serve the island with daily flights we do not have a change over day. We can be flexible in winter but in summer we do prefer that your arrival date joins upto existing bookings.

Separate kitchen. Integrated oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Fully equipped with cooking utensils crockery and glasses. Washing machine and iron with board provided. |

Leading from the dining room the lounge is tastefully furnished with cream leather sofas (one is a sofa bed), matching the cream floor tiles and marble tables. TV cabinet housing DVD player, music centre. |

We have tried to make this home from home, with a selection of DVDs, books and games available. The apartment is on the ground floor which leads out to the pool area. Loungers are provided for the pool or for use on the balcony to relax in the sun. |
Cleaning/towels/

The apartment will be clean, fresh and ready for your arrival, beds will be made and clean towels provided which we will clean after your departure. There are extra towels and bed sheets for your use during your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
Previous clients have commented on the suitability for children the beach is very near and waters shallow. Also as the apartment is right in front of the pool it also means you can always keep an eye on children while they're playing in the pool. In the summer months there is also a life guard on duty for supervision of the pool. The area is very safe but for your additional security there is a monitor system installed in the apartment which enables you to see who is at the door before you open it. Majorca is a very safe place for you and your family to spend your holiday. Our apartment is situated in an up market resort. Over the years we have been customer driven so have taken onboard the comments to install a safe/security box for you to keep valuables under lock and key.

Outside
The gardens, pool area and building is beautifully well maintained. The grounds of the building are private there is a small path which leads to the palm tree beach.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is literally on the beach the pool is on the ground level to the apartment. Showers are located around the pool. Sunbeds provided.
Golf
Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities to offer those wanting to continue this sport all year round. There are 15 golf courses on the island, from 9 to 18 hole courses, on varying landscapes - hilly land with inclined fairways, high tees, long and fast greens, but all carefully designed to test the players' skills, even those of the most experienced of players. 5 courses are close to Palma - Son Vida, Son Muntana, Real Bendinat, Son Antem and Son Termons. There are a further 4 courses in the surrounding areas to the apartment and these are - Poniente, Santa Ponsa 1 & 2 and Golf de Andratx.
Special interest holidays
Resorts such as Santa Ponsa are very near once the center of Mallorcan history where in 1229 Jaime I the conquistador landed to invade the island at the spot now market by a stone cross near the Yacht Club Nautico Marina. This is a beautiful Marina where you will find fine restaurants and bars well worth a visit. Palma Nova is very near too which also has excellent restaurants.
Travel
The apartment is 25 mins drive from the airport and will cost approx 30 euros depending on baggage. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you wish to see more of the island. We deal with a local company who give a good rate to our clients (£100 per week). They will also arrange for the car to be left at the airport and for you on your arrival and to drop off on departure at no extra cost. If you have infants they also provide child seats and cots.
