If more than 2 people are staying in the apartment, an extra £15 pp pw will be charged to cover additional costs. Lets spanning more than one price band will be charged pro rata. Long stays (especially during the low season) are negotiable. Please contact owner.
Changeover day
Although Friday is a popular changeover day, please check availability chart to fit around existing bookings. Changeover day and times may be flexible by arrangement, but we ask guests to arrive after 2.00pm and vacate the property by 10am.

Outside
Large balcony with wind down sun awning, built-in BBQ and patio furniture. Well maintained communal gardens, sun terrace and shared private swimming pool. Tennis courts available for hire.
Coast/Beach
Blue flag safe beach of Son Saura del Nord (Son Parc) just minutes away. Red cross post manned during the summer. The beautiful island of Minorca is the smallest of the Balearic Islands. It is only 30 miles long and 12 miles wide but boasts some 120 beaches along its 125 mile coastline, ranging from long golden stretches to tiny sheltered coves, many say, some of the most beautiful in Europe.
Golf
The apartment is situated within the golf course so access is on the doorstep. Son Parc club house is situated 50 yards away. Please check their website www.sonparc.com
Travel
Fly to Mahon airport which is about 20 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended and will greatly enhance your holiday. This can be arranged on your behalf.
Distances
Anywhere on the island can be reached within the hour by car. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Ciudadella, the historic ancient capital and Mahon the modern capital with its famous harbour are thirty minutes away and Fornells, a local picturesque fishing village is a 15 minute drive.

Excellent pubs and restaurants abound. The Government of Menorca prides itself in maintaining the unspoiled coast and countryside of the island, so the visitor discovers scattered working farms, rustic stone farmhouses, protected Nature Reserves and a wealth of sites of prehistoric interest to visit. For the more active, golf, tennis, diving, wind surfing, sailing, walking, bird watching and pony trekking are all available locally.
