The house has been structured such that it can accommodate 3 couples or a party of 6 as the units interconnect quite cleverly. Steps lead down from the roadside (where cars can park) to the entrance/s and the accommodation comprises: 2 identical open plan apartments with balcony, living/dining/kitchen area, twin beds, shower/wc and 1 slightly more expensive apartment with downstairs larger living/dining/kitchen area and stairs to twin bedroom with balcony, and shower/wc. Notes on prices
Pricing is in UK Pounds for the rental on a weekly basis. The villa can be divided into self contained units for couples or conected to accommodate parties of 4 or 6 people. For prices on individual units please contact Brenda Cecilia.

Each unit has leather comfy chairs, small table and satellite tv, dvd. The larger of the units has hi/fi system and a large dining area which can comfortably sit 6-8, making it an ideal area to meet for breakfast/evening meal. |

Cot and hichchair can be provided at a one off payment of 25 euros payable locally. |

Units are fully cleaned and linen/towels changed weekly. |

Outside
Each unit has a balcony with patio furniture for dining al fresco. Saltwater pool for sole use of guests. 6 Sun-loungers are provided. Exterior toilets and shower facilities. Large outdoor dining table /sun shade and chairs for use with charcoal BBQ.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to beach, down gentle sloping road. Takes a little longer to walk back up and torches are handy at night (torches are available at the porperty). Frontline seaviews overlooking the Port.
Distances
Port shopping within 10 mins walk. We recommend you try the old tram which runs into the town, a must at 3 euros per person, or local taxi costs between 7-9 euros. Car parking in Puerto Soller / Soller town will cost anything from 60c to 2 euros per day.

‘This year will be our third visit to the villa el Faro. The villa is beautifully and set in a excellent location above the cliffs, it has a wonderful panoramic view across the bay of Puerto de Soller and marina.
