Changeover day
The villas will normally be ready by 4.00pm on the day arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

The villa has a good size lounge/dining room, tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas, quality dining table and chairs and boasts a TV, DVD and CD music system. There is 1 double bedroom with dressing room and ensuite shower room, another double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, family bathroom, a lounge/dining room, kitchen (open to lounge), a service room, and covered dining terrace and adjoining open central terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and extractor hood. The villa has a service room equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Towels are provided, The villas are suitable for the elderly and are child friendly. |

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning/heating in both villas. The gardens are enclosed and the place is ideal for families with children of all ages. Car parking for 2 cars keeps the cars off the road.
A quick and pleasant road trip to the capital Mahon the otherside of the inlet to the harbour takes less than 10 minutes.
Outside
The gardens are spacious with a private swimming pool 8 x 4 m surrounded by terracing and attractive Mediterranean style areas planted with colorurful and fragrant shrubs, plants and flowers, typical of the region.
There are roof terraces with extensive views and a purpose built BBQ, boules pitch for family fun and games. There is a lot of space in which to relax and both front and back gardens are secure with gates.
The front of the villas look towards Monte Torro, the highest point on the island over which can be seen the most delightful sunsets. To the rear of the villas is the ancient fort of La Mola and the open sea.
Coast/Beach
Cala Llonga is situated on the north side of the waterway into Mahon Harbour and Marina. The Port of Mahon is one of the finest deep-water anchorages in Europe, with shops, restaurants and bars all around the harbour.
The beaches of Sa Masquida, Es Grau and Albufera National Park are all within 15 minutes car ride. The beach cove of La Mola is a 10 minute walk away.
Golf
The islands only golf course is at Son Parc a 14 hole course approximately 20 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
Sailing and Scuba Diving are recommended.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 15 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended, at least for part of your holiday, but it is easy to call a taxi.
Distances
Mahon is 6 kilometers away.
Booking notes
A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £300 security bond is required for the duplex. Refer to 'the small print'.
