The apartment is available any day of the week - ie we do not insist on Saturday to Saturday lets.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation has full air conditioning and heating, is double glazed and has a large terrace running across the living room and one of the bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the communal gardens and pool. There is also a wall safe in one of the bedrooms
Outside
Outside there is a large private terrace overlooking a large shared pool and gardens. Off-road parking is immediately in front of apartment behind automatic gates.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is within 5 mins walk of two beaches and a few mins walk from the wonderful Cala D'Or marina which has restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Val D'Or which is approx 10-15 mins drive from the apartment. It has an extremely good restaurant and the course has panoramic views across the coastline.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca airport is approx 45 mins drive by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore neighbouring villages and coastal resorts.
Distances
The apartment is in Cala Egos which has restaurants, bars, shops, banks, a chemist and doctors' surgeries and a children's playground with trampoline, pony rides, go-karts etc. For more shops, Cala D'Or is a 5 mins drive away or a 20 mins walk around the marina.
Further details
The town of Santanyi - 20 mins drive away - has a street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays each week. Felanitx also has a Sunday morning market. A few miles further on you will find Cala Figuera, which is a working fishing village where you can see the boats unload and weigh their catch every day from 4pm onwards.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking plus a £150 breakage deposit which is refunded at the end of stay assuming no damage. Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
