Luxury ground floor apartment situated on a small, exclusive complex with direct access to the sea, right next to a Nature Conservation Area. The area around Betlem, at the eastern end of the glorious Bay of Alcudia, is a part of Mallorca that, for a long time now, has remained almost unspoilt. Nearby there are rocky cliffs, isolated beaches with fine white sand, idyllic trails and lots of sporting facilities. In the village of Betlem, within easy walking distance, there are two bars and restaurants and a car hire agency. 3km along the coast is the delightful fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pedro. Here, there is a small yachting harbour, shops and supermarket, church, bank, bars and restaurants. Ancient market town of Arta 10 minutes drive away.

Travel
Betlem is a 45-60 minute drive from Palma airport. We recommend you hire a car at the airport. Please ask for advice if desired.

There are numerous activities to pursue in the local vicinity. Within a 20 minute drive there are 5 superb golf courses, snorkeling and swimming in the clear waters of the bay, watersports, sea-fishing, walking the trails of the unspoilt local countryside, birdwatching, painting, discovering local villages and towns such as fascinating, medieval Arta (a 10 minute drive away), eating local Mallorcan dishes in delightful restaurants, or simply soaking up the sun and swimming in the pool.
