On the fourth day of the guests arrival, there is a towel change and on the seventh day there is a bed linen and towel change.

Every apartment has a private terrace with sea views, a table and chairs, a shared garden with stairs that communicate directly with the beach. The complex has a community parking.

Coast/Beach
The apartments have direct access to the Arenal dŽen Castell beach. The closest urbanization is 4 minutes drive, Macaret (beach) and Port d'Addaia.

Golf
In the urbanization of Son Park, 10 mins drive, there is a golf course.

Special interest holidays
There are many places in Menorca where the the guests can practice nautic sports.

Travel
Mahon airport is 20 minutes drive from the apartments. Direct flights can be obtained from Gatwick, Luton and other UK airports.

Distances
The nearest town, Es Mercadal, is 9.5 km from the apartments. Mahon, Menorca's capital, is 18.5 km from the apartments. The second important city of Menorca, Ciutadella, is 43 km from the apartments.

30% deposit. The reservation will not be considered finalized until the deposit has been received and the client has received details and receipt of his reservation by e-mail, Having received the invoice, the client will have to check all the information. If anything is not correct, the owner must be contacted immediately as it is not possible to make changes at the last minute. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
