Ideal for families and those just looking for a relaxing holiday (incl. the famous nature reserve for the bird watcher). Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, clubs, shops and hotels. Alternatively you can venture into Mahon with its lively harbour and a wide range of restaurants and nightlife. The island of Menorca is only small but has many places of interest within easy reach. You can drive from one end of the island to the other in under one hour. Relaxing breaks off peak/winter are most enjoyable for unwinding and mingling with the locals. We suggest hiring a car to enjoy Menorcan character and charm making it easy to explore the whole Island.

Well established gardens complimenting Menorcan style villa with a variety of sun terraces and swimming pool with shower. BBQ, sun beds/parasols and garden furniture for dining al fresco. Well lit swimming pool (9m x 5m approx). Magnificent uninterrupted sea views overlooking Son Bou beach.
Coast/Beach
Ten minute walk (2 mins car) to superb long sandy beach with clear turquoise water safe for children and bathing. Furthest end of beach for naturists. An established footpath takes you to next resort, Santa Tomas, through the nature reserve and along the cliffs.
Fishing off the rocks is also enjoyable.
Golf
Son Parc golf course 20 mins away. The only golf course on the Island - another is planned for Son Bou.
Special interest holidays
Overlooking bird sanctuary which lays behind 3km long and 40m wide golden beach.
Painting; cycling; fishing and walking holidays all available on the island. Horse riding also available nearby. A new bowling alley in resort.
Travel
20 mins drive from Mahon Airport (taxis are available). Recommended car hire.
Distances
Entertainment, restaurants, chemists, supermarkets all close by. Distance from Alaior is 7km which is the main town. Places of interest are Alaior, Mahon and Ciutadella. Plus many others information is available within the villa.
Further details
Local shops, restaurants, bars which have all the principal sports events plus live shows every night. Son Bou is definitely a resort where you can find all kind of eating options. Plus watersports. Sailing. Big game fishing, or hire a yacht for the day.
