There are many places to stay in Deya, so why choose ours? We believe there are three main reasons: first, the location; second, our attention to detail and personal service and third is the high quality of the accommodation. Location is vital when choosing a place to stay, and unlike many places in Deya, these ideally situated properties enjoy sunshine all day long, winter and summer. The house and the apartment are available, separately or together, each enjoys stunning views of the village and Teix Mountains. Each property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and clients have commented on the comfort of the beds and the high quality of the lovely crisp bed linen and fluffy white towels. For those who need to keep in touch, Broadband WiFI is available in the house. Sky Television and English radio and television channels. The large sitting/dining room has french windows opening onto the terrace. Well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

Notes on prices
Our prices are inclusive - we do not have any hidden extras! No further charges for laundry or cleaning at the end of the stay.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Additional days are charged pro rata.
Travelling cot and high chair available - no charge.
WiFi line available in the house - no charge apart from calls if any. Telephone line may be available in the apartment at a small extra charge plus cost of calls.
Special rates apply for bookings of more than two
Changeover day
We are very flexible about changeover dates and there is no specific changeover day. Additional days are charged pro rata if you want more than a week.
Notes on accommodation
The house and the apartment are both air conditioned and both have heating, the latter making them suitable for the winter and autumn, the best time for walkers, bird watchers and painters. The sitting rooms and master bedrooms open out onto terraces from which, looking south, you can see the village and the dramatic pine-covered mountains beyond. Looking west you can see the church on top of the hill and terraces with olive trees leading up to it. Inside, the high ceilings and exposed beams give a feeling of light and space. The double bedrooms have queen size beds (1.5m x 2m). Electricity is included in our weekly rates. Pets are not allowed.
Outside
Each property has its own terrace (the house has two terraces) - with spectacular views, dining table and chairs and sun beds.
Coast/Beach
Deya's own beach (known as the Cala) can be reached on foot or by car and is approx 15 mins' walk downhill. It has its own good fish restaurant and a beach bar and from here you can enjoy magnificent walks along the coast through the pine groves. In the Port of Soller, 15 minutes drive away, there is a large sandy beach with many facilities including boat charters, fishing, diving, and boat trips along the coast to La Calobra.
Golf
Deya makes an excellent base for golfers. Mallorca now has over 20 excellent golf clubs some, including the new Son Vida course, are about 45 mins' drive away while Son Termens Golf Clob is 30 mins' drive away.
Travel
Approx 40 mins to Palma de Mallorca International airport. Car hire can be arranged at the airport or delivered to you the day after arrival. Although ideal to have a car to explore the whole island, the local bus runs regularly to Palma and to Soller (with an attractive tram connection to the Port of Soller & to the excursion boats operating along the coast). Taxis are relatively inexpensive.
Distances
Both the house and the apartment, located opposite the Residencia Hotel, are 4-5 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of the village. Deya is one of, if not the, most beautiful villages in Mallorca. Just over 5 miles /9km from Deya is the well know small town of Valldemossa and, in the other direction, Soller with a good daily covered market and an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and bars. A tram connects the town to the Port, a favourite method of transport with children!
Further details
Although mostly thought of as a summer destination, Mallorca enjoys a wonderful climate throughout the year with few rainy or cold periods. These properties make an excellent base for a longer stay, winter or summer. Deia is also a marvellous base from which to explore the island.

To confirm your booking we email you an invoice with full detail of our payment and cancellation policy. A 25% deposit
(refundable depending on the date cancelled) is required to confirm you booking and the final payment is due 2 calendar months before the arrival date. There are no hidden charges and unlike some self catering properties, we do not charge extra for linen or for cleaning at the end of your stay. Telephone calls, if any, are charged for but not the use of the Broadband WIFI
