This lovely apartment is situated in the East of Alcudia Bay in the unspoilt town of Colonia de Sant Pere. Nestling at the foot of the mountains and within 10 minutes walking distance of the town centre, the apartment is set in its own lovely gardens and commands stunning views across Alcudia Bay. There is a large, private swimming pool which is used only by the owners of the 8 apartments. If you love to watch a beautiful sunset, then walk down to the town and sit outside one of the restaurants on the water's edge and you will experience a spectacular view of the sun going down behind the mountains across the Bay of Alcudia. This is a ground-floor apartment, which is spacious and tastefully furnished. The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with bunk beds and a put up bed. There is also a double bed settee in the lounge.

Notes on accommodation
The patio doors lead out onto a private terrace, which has steps going down to the pool. There is a small toddlers' pool and an outside shower. The gardens are private and are enclosed. There are just 8 apartments and, like all the other properties in Colonia de Sant Pere, are privately owned. The apartment is well-equipped, having a fully-fitted kitchen, including a microwave and fridge-freezer, a utility room with a dishwasher, washing-machine and tumble-drier, cable TV, DVD player. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Outside
There is a private terrace with a large table and chairs. The steps from the terrace lead down to the gardens, which are enclosed, and the pool. The pool is for the private use of the owners and their guests.
Coast/Beach
The town is situated on the coast in the north east of Alcudia Bay. There is a small sandy beach close to the town centre which is sheltered and safe for small children.
Travel
The only airport on the island is in Palma, the capital, which is about 50 minutes away by car. Car hire is strongly recommended. There is a large port in Palma with regular ferry crossings to and from the mainland and the other islands.
Distances
The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and beach (3 mins by car). The town can provide most of what you need. The nearest main town is Arta, which is 15 minutes away by car. The large town of Alcudia is 30 minutes away by car. There is a bus service to all main towns.
Further details
In the town, there are a number of excellent restaurants and bars, some of which are sea-front and by the beach. There are two banks, both with cash dispensers. There is a chemist,a butcher, a hairdresser and two small, but well-stocked supermarkets in the town centre. The nearest doctor is in Arta and the nearest main hospital is in Manacor, about 25 minutes away by car.
