(more photos are available) Always very popular as it has privacy yet is on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan city of Ibiza. It has been rented on numerous occasions by various DJs and celebrities representing excellent value for money. Ideal for families or for groups who wish to experience home from home comfort whilst being able to discover all that is Ibiza easy and quickly! This popular villa is always fully booked and many guests return year after year.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day, apart from the month of June where I can most likely be more flexible on this. House to be vacated by 10am. Check in not before 3pm.

Notes on accommodation
Every effort will be made to accommodate all guests, if you require high chairs or cots please ask. The property is reasonably accessible for disabled guests.
Outside
The gardens are attractive and it has a charming alfresco dining area, the pool is approx 10m x 5m, the garden is not overlooked and offers a good degree of privacy. The pool has a large terrace surrounding it with an outdoor shower and gazebo for lazing in the shade. There is an attractive outdoor dining area shaded under a terrace looking out onto the garden and trees. The feeling is one of tranquility and privacy and yet with the superb convenience of being so close to the main town and famous beaches such a s Salinas.
Coast/Beach
The area of Can Fita is within easy distance of some of the most glamorous beaches, Es Cavellet and Salinas, also Playa en Bossa the family orientated resort with its Water Park and the home of 'Space' the world famous day/night club! A car however is recommend to give you independence and convenience.
Travel
The port of Ibiza town is 3km, the port of San Antonio 15km, the aiport 6km.
Distances
Casa Sunrise is approx 2km from Ibiza town, 6km for the airport, 5km from Salinas and Es Cavellet. 10 mins from Space and Playa en Bossa.
Further details
Nearest big supermarket is 10 mins by car. The indoor food market (fantastic) at Calle Canaries is 3km. Nothing is that far although a car or taxi is recommended.
Booking notes
50% secures the villa, the remaining 50% one month before arrival with a 700 euro security deposit payable in cash on arrival.

George Macleod July 2008 says of the villa." perfectly situated in lovely countryside though 5 mins drive from town.
This made for a perfect holiday as while we were close to the best clubs and the most popular beaches we were in an idyllic setting in a peaceful area with privacy. I,d go again!

About the owner
Hi there, I came on holiday with the girls 30 years ago, fell in love with island and stayed. My dream was always to buy a piece of land and design my own house on it which I managed to do in 1996. I had the perfect family house until my circumstances changed and I found myself living alone here and thought I would have to sell. I decided in the end though to keep the house and live in it all through the winter months and rent out during high season. That was 10 years ago and I'm so happy I made the decision to rent as I love looking after my clients and making their holiday the best experience I can. I live in a small apartment during the summer though, so am always on hand to help my clients should they need me. I was born in UK so there is an instant rapport with my English clients.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
In 1996 I bought 2000 square meters of land and the plans to build Casa Sunrise. The house was built using the highest quality materials. Marble from Portugal for the floors throughout and beautiful teak for the doors and window frames. The location was chosen by us after a lot of research and is the perfect combination of a peaceful space with a high level of privacy in the grounds and a close proximity to the bustle of the Centre of town and old Port. We are also 5 minutes from the popular clubs such as Pacha and Space and the excellent beaches of Salinas and Playa Den Bossa.
Unique benefits of the property
One of the many advantages about the house is it,s proximity to town and the easy access to all the places of interest. When people come on holiday although they want their privacy and peace they don,t always want to end up in the middle of nowhere and find that they can,t go anywhere without a car. Here you find you have the best of both worlds as everything is within easy reach.
