The apartment is located 80m from the beautiful beach of Puerto Portals and enjoys wonderful sea views. The location is brilliant for both families and groups. The village is a one minute walk offering a range of shops, restaurants and coffee bars. The apartment has been refurbished winter 2005 to an extremely high standard, modern kitchen, trendy furniture, lighting and air conditioning. Satellite television.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Damage deposit - £250. I ask for a 50% of the cost of the rental to be paid to secure the booking of the apartment. The balance of funds is required 12 weeks before your holiday begins. A damage deposit/excessive cleaning is required of £250. returned on your return to UK via internet banking. Arrival time after 3pm - Departure time - 11am. During the winter, if you wish to book a long term booking - fabulous discounted rates.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, depending on other weeks already booked. Arrival times are 2.00pm, Departure times 11.00am, a later check out time maybe available.

Beautiful modern kitchen, with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer (two) so you have a separate drinks fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Very trendy, with a breakfast bar that seats 2 at the black granite work top. |

Two folding chairs and sun parasol are available for you to take to the beach. I also leave a whicker basket of childrens toys available. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is in all rooms, there is also central heating. This property is extremely suitable for children, as it is located in a quiet location, there is direct easy access to the beach. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance, so forget the car and relax.

Accessibility
As it is a small complex only three floors high, there is no lift in the complex. My apartment is situated on the second floor.
Outside
The apartment offers a communal pool in this quiet residential complex of only 12 apartments. The bijou terrace offers sea views over the pine trees. The area is very quiet and you are in an ideal location to all the restaurants, shops and facilities.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are beautiful in this area. There is one 80 metres away which is the largest of the three and is stunning. The turquoise sea is marvellous. The beach is sandy and offers a range of water sports, sun beds and parasols to hire. Many local restaurants are within easy walking distance to the beach. There is also a drinks bar located on the beach. Life guards are also present. There are two other beaches within easy walking distance. However, hiring a car gives unlimited beach choices.
Golf
Golf courses are on your doorstep with the Royal Bendinat a minute away.
Travel
Car hire is not essential as you are within easy walking distance to all amenities as Portals Nous Village is a two minute walk from the apartment. Offering, banks, supermarket, newsagents, hairdressers, beauty salons, British doctor and dentist and chemist. Approximately 20 restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Further details
Deposits: 50% of the cost of the rental or a £250 is required to secure your booking (whichever is the greater). The balance of your holiday apartment is required 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking.
Booking notes
Cancellations - deposits are non refundable. In the event of cancellation of your holiday this may be claimed through your travel insurance.
