Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All the prices above are for 4 persons sharing. An additional £50 per person per week is required for the 5 and 6 person sharing. Subject to availability. Cancellation in 2 bedroomed apt in Luxor with communal pool from 22 August 1 or 2 wks sleeps 4-5. Plus penthouse available 19 august 1 week.
Changeover day
The change over day is flexible on these Penthouse apartments. The apartments are available to you from 2pm on date of arrival and must be departed by 11.30am on your last day (exception can be made by prior arrangement).

Accessibility
As these are duplex apartments there are a few steps to each level, so may not suit people who find steps difficult.
Outside
Private roof terrace with views of the whole of Palma Nova. Outdoor furniture provided on both roof terrace and separate balcony. No swimming pool but directly opposite the beach.
Coast/Beach
The beach is directly opposite the apartments. This is a beautiful beach offering all water sports, ie. paragliding, banana rides, pedalo hire, scuba diving, boat trips etc. and safe swimming for children. Sunbeds and Parasols can be hired for the day.
Golf
Many golf courses only 5 minutes away from Palma Nova. Son Amar Dinner and show available to book at local shops Pirates show in Magaluf - great for the kids. Waterparks also in Magaluf 5 min taxi ride away. Golf Fantasia 2 minutes from the apartments.
Travel
The nearest and only airport on the island of Majorca is Palma airport and is only 15-20 minutes drive away from the resort. If you wish to tour the island, car hire is available from the airport. Cars are not essential as everything is in close proximity.
Distances
Palma Historical town is only 15 minutes drive away. Marineland is a geat day out and only 5 minutes drive away. Aquapark is located in the next resort of Magaluf only 15 minutes walk away.
Further details
The apartments are close to all shops, bars and restaurants. A supermarket can be found only 5 minutes away. A bank and exchange bureau are located directly across the road. Golf Fantansia is only 5 minutes walk away and Marineland is a 5 minute taxi ride away. All watersports are provided on the beach opposite. Boat trips are also available from the beach.
Booking notes
We require a completed booking form sending with a deposit of £150 per week, made payable in cheque form. The booking will be confirmed by return and the balance is then due 10 weeks prior to your departure. Bond required for 25 years of age or younger. No all male or female bookings taken.
