We are very flexible about changeover days, however, this depends on the next booking.

Notes on accommodation
There are lifts to all floors and it is a secure apartment complex. Please note that the apartment is non smoking. The apartment is part of a very clean, and well maintained complex. Air-conditioning, and central heating for the winter months. Please note, this apartment must be vacated by 10am and arrivals from 3pm. Thank you.
Accessibility
There are ramps provided to all levels of the apartment complex. The pool also has a sloped entrance, with a hand rail, as well as steps.
Outside
There is a large shared swimming pool, which has a children's section, plus a shaded area, ideal for protecting small children from the sun. There is also plenty of room for sunbathing, in the larger section of the pool area, this area is a sun trap!
Coast/Beach
The main beach is approx 150m from the apartment block, this is a large family friendly beach which is fringed by a small pine forest, it has a play area at one end and clear shallow waters for swimming, there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols. There is also a very pretty beach about 15 minutes walk towards the marina.
Golf
Santa Ponsa Golf courses 1 and 2 are 5 minutes drive away and there are approx another 15 golf courses dotted around the island.
Travel
The apartment complex is 25 mins drive from Palma airport. Car hire is not essential, a taxi costs approx 40 euros from the airport to the apartment complex. Buses run regularly from the resort to all parts of the island.
Distances
10 mins by bus or car to 2 Water Parks, 25 mins to Palma by bus or car. Nearest supermarket is 100m from the apartment complex.
Further details
Santa Ponsa is a lively resort which attracts a wide variety of people, mainly families, golfers and couples. The apartment is 2 mins walk to the beach, and only 5 mins walk to the resort centre where you will find lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Evening time is especially nice for a stroll and a bite to eat in the many outdoor restaurants.
For diving enthusiasts, there are first class dive schools, that come reccomened by previous guests. For cyclists, it is perfect as there are many exellent cycle paths and routes.
Booking notes
£50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your chosen dates. £100 refundable security bond, payable with the balance, which is required 8 weeks before departure. The bond is returned when the keys have been received back, and the apartment has been left clean with no damage. Please note this is a non smoking apartment. Bookings will only be taken for families and couples. (Please vacate by 10am, arrivals from 3pm). Keys/information pack will be sent 2 weeks before your departure.
