Changeover day
Friday to Friday. The house is available for occupation from 2pm on arrival day, and guests are requested to leave the villa by 10am on departure day.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has panoramic views over the water which is always full of interest - yachts, ferries and cruise ships which visit regularly. At night the lights from the other side of the harbour are reflected in the water and the whole scene is quite magical.

Outside
Spacious terrace with large pool 8m x 4m x 2m at deep end and roman steps. Gas fired BBQ with tiled food preparation area. There is also a jasmine covered pergola and a staircase leading to a sheltered small private garden which has pine trees, small shrubs and lovely views. Fully equipped with loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs etc.
Coast/Beach
Menorca has many beautiful beaches to choose from. Our nearest beach is Cala Mesquida which is 10 mins by car from the villa, Es Grau which is particularly suitable for small children and Son Bou, which has a water park and a lovely beach are both within a short driving distance.
Golf
There is a lovely 18-hole golf course at Son Parc which is approximately 15 km from the villa.
Travel
Mahon Airport is approx 15 mins driving distance from the villa. Car hire is essential and we can recommend a reliable long standing English run company.
Distances
The capital of Menorca, Mahon, is 10 mins drive away. In the villa you will find maps, guide books and leaflets on places of interest.
Further details
We now have an excellent supermarket on Cala Llonga which is about 10 minutes walk from the villa. Opposite the supermarket is a children's play area with swings and climbing frame. The supermarket bakes fresh bread daily and has English newspapers.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance to be sent 8 weeks before departure.
