Tamarisk is a beautiful family farmhouse with its own private pool, located in the UN protected area of Salbufera de Es Grau. It has 4 en suite bedrooms, a 1 bedroom studio flat with a sofa bed in it's lounge. The house and garden are surrounded by peaceful farmland to ensure your privacy, so you can enjoy the tranquility and not worry that your children's laughter will disturb the neighbours. It is only a 7 minute drive away from the fishing village of Es Grau that has a lovely sandy beach with shallow water that makes it ideal for children. By car Mahon harbour and its restaurants are only 10 minutes away and the airport can be reached within 15 minutes.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Outside the summer season, from mid September until the end of June, a two room self-catering apartment is available. Prices from 375 - 750 euros. Extra bedrooms available 150 euros per week. This apartment is attached to the main house, you have full use of swimming pool, BBQ and the gardens.
Changeover day
Changeover day on Monday. Arrival from 4pm. Departure before 10am.

| Bedrooms: |
Tamarisk consists of 5 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bath or shower room. One bedroom on 1st floor with double bed and sun terrace overlooking the pool. The 5 other bedrooms are on the ground floor, two with twin beds, the others with double beds. |

All the rooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms with WC a bidet. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen has a 5 ring gas cooker with a large oven, a large American fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers, microwave oven. |

Studio Flat - dishwasher, cooker, fridge and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: |
The sitting dining room is very comfortable and cool and has satellite TV, DVD and video player and a large dining room table. |
| Other: |
Next to the sitting room is the bar area with its doors opening onto the pool area. In the bar you will find the Hifi system and a small fridge. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Bath towels and bed linen are provided on arrival. We change the towels twice a week and ask that you do not use them either at the beach or by the pool. The rooms are cleaned once a week when the bedlinen is changed. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in upstairs bedroom, all other rooms are equipped with room fans. Upstairs bedroom with sun terrace, one bedroom with window onto pool area, and the other 4 rooms look out onto the garden and give out onto a little paved terrace with tables and chairs.

Outside
Tamarisk has a lovely garden with a private swimming pool, surrounded by a paved terrace and a BBQ area. There are sun beds, tables and chairs shaded by large umbrellas so you can really enjoy the outside throughout the day.
Coast/Beach
From the house there is a lovely 30 mins walk to the coast and pebble beach of Binillauti. The sandy beach of Es Grau is 7 mins drive away.
Travel
Mahon Airport is at less than 15 mins drive. Car hire is essential. We can give you helpful information and contacts for flights and car hire.
Distances
Menorca's capital Mahon and its harbour are at less than 10 mins. drive. Both the harbour and the old town have lovely shops, bars and restaurants. There are also several good supermarkets nearby. Menorca is a small but interesting island that is easy to explore if you have a car.

Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. On arrival you will be asked a deposit of 450 euros against damage and breakage. If nothing is damaged or broken it will be returned on the day of your departure.
