| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Laundry room has a washing machine and a door to the side terrace where there is a tiled table and built-in barbeque. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has comfortable seating for 8, fireplace, digital TV. There is a separate dining area and a separate area incorporating a bar with a fridge and ceiling fan. French doors leading to the garden. |

Linen and towels other than beach towels are provided. The villa is cleaned and linen changed weekly. |

Coast/Beach
Cala'n Porter is the nearest beach (10 mins by car) and Menorca being a small island, many excellent beaches are easily accessible.
Travel
The airport is about 4 miles away and the Port of Mahon 6 miles.
Distances
The delightful town of San Climente which has supermarkets and restaurants is 2 miles away. Mahon and Ciutadella are close by and are a buzz with restaurants, shops and have many cobbled back streets.
