Fornalutx is a small village in the north west part of Mallorca, surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains and sweetly scented orange and lemon groves. Twice voted the most beautiful village in Spain it has narrow alleys, cosy street cafes, a couple of really good restaurants, a few shops, bank and pharmacy. The house, which is located just 2 minutes walk from the village square, dates back to 1919 and has many interesting modernist (Spanish art nouveau) features, including a fantastic modernist facade. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Notes on accommodation
House is accessible by car for loading and unloading. Parking 100 metres from house. Property is unsuitable for people who have mobility problems. Note: Although the house has heating in all of the rooms the lounge has an open fire. We can arrange for wood to be available at a small additional cost. We have a no smoking policy. Guests are welcome to use the terrace for smoking. Property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Further details
Fornalutx has a couple of street cafes and an excellent restaurant located in the village square. Two more restaurants within easy walking distance - just 5 mins from the village square. There is also a few shops, pharmacy and bank. The nearest main town is Soller - 5km.
Booking notes
A booking fee of 25% is payable on reservation. The balance is due within one month of arrival. All deposits are non-refundable. Prices include end cleaning and laundry charges. Daily rate is also available.

The house is lovely - the best kitchen we have encountered in a rented house and we made full use of it.....
