We have 2 three bedroom mid terrace villas within a beautifully landscaped complex with spacious trio of interlinked communal pools which are ideal for all the family. Situated within 5 leisurely minutes walk of the prestigious Cala d'Or Marina, which has a large selection of exclusive restaurants, Yacht Club, cafe culture and bars. Cala d'Or town is only 20 minute leisurely walk, Cala Egos is a 10 minute leisurely walk, hosting an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The location provides easy access to all local amenities and is within walking distance of several beaches. The resort is very popular with families and couples, the villas also have private gardens and are part of a small private complex with beautifully landscaped communal gardens, spacious pool area with child friendly swimming pools.

Changeover day
Booking dates are flexible.
Villas must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Both villas are ideal for families. Please note that we respectfully request that you do not smoke in the villas.
Your choice to relax and unwind or join in the varied activities available throughout the resort.
Outside
The patio door leads to patio (with roller awning, garden furniture, parasol and sunloungers are provided) within private garden with gate leading out to the communal pool area with communal sun loungers and pool showers.
Secure parking within the complex, electronic gates accessed by remote.
Coast/Beach
There are 7 sandy beaches in the vicinity of Cala d'Or, two are within 5 mins walk. The best of all is Cala Mondrago in the Natural Park which has facilities: WCs, restaurant, beach bar, lifeguard (in season) and pedalo hire. This is easily reached by car, local taxis or bus service are reasonable or use the seasonal train which goes through all the resorts and beaches (incl Cala Mondrago), will take you direct to the beach.
Golf
The Val d'Or 18 hole golf course is only a 10 minute drive away.
Special interest holidays
Ideal base to explore this beautiful island by walking or cycling tours particularly in out of season months.
The Parque Natural de Mondrago is less than 10 mins by car.
Travel
Palma airport is 65km away (about 45mins depending on time of day traffic).
Palma city with its beautiful cathedral and cosmopolitan shopping is an hour drive.
The caves of Drach are at Porto Cristo 20 mins by car. Aquacity (water park) is 30 mins by car.
Marineland or Western Water Park are an hour away.
All these can be booked locally as excursions through an agent.
Distances
Cala d'Or Marina 5 mins walk, Cala d'Or town is reached by walking on through the marina and up into town about 15 mins walk. Cala Egos is within 5 mins walking away from marina. The resort of Cala d'Or is a delightful, chic resort on the South East coast of Mallora, the cosmopolitan marina offers varied cuisine in an array of exclusive restaurants and bars.
Cala D'Or Yacht Club is open for dinner & drinks to non members booking may be required.
Further details
The location is very central to all amenities, within 5 minutes walk there are well stocked supermarkets, restaurants, bars & gift shopping.
Cala Egos has a pharmacy, internet cafe, ATM/bank, car hire, local bus service & taxi rank.
Close by a children's play area (swings, slide, rocker), 10 pin bowling, activity area with go cart, trampoline, mini crazy golf, pool table and air hockey.
Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Returnable security deposit of £225 is also required with the balance.
Reasonable cleaning & linen is included in your holiday cost, if however additional cleaning time is required when you leave or damage is incurred during your stay that you did not report you will be charged accordingly from your security deposit.

About the owner
We live in the North of England and have a teenage family, so we appreciate the need to cater for all tastes. We were introduced to Mallorca via a work colleague having preconceptions about the island.
Needless to say we try now to spend as much time as we can at our Villa and especially enjoy out of season to tour the beautiful hidden gems of the island. Mallorca certainly has something for everyone.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased these villas after doing a lot of research. We feel that the area has lots to offer the whole range of family units that holiday together, whether it is extended generations, mixed families, or just groups of friends.
The complex is small and very well looked after, the location itself is quiet for those who enjoy relaxing at the pool, with private garden to each villa, yet the beach is ten minutes away as is the marina if you want cafe culture.
Restaurants, cafes and bars cater for all tastes and the nightlife is in Cala D'Or town.
