14 apartments in this small block. Usually half occupied. Lift. Underground car parking. 3 Adult bikes and 2 childrens. Suitable ages 5-10/11-16. Lovely flat quiet area for cycling around apartment or 15 mins ride (slowly) to Cala Pi beach.

Communal gardens nicely planted and maintained. Communal pool, usually empty except weekends. 2 Sunloungers (kept in apartment) plus 1 outside chair. Pool unheated. 8 Ft deep end, 3ft 6 shallow end. Paddling pool for toddlers.

Coast/Beach
150 metres to rocky outcrop, good swimmers only.
3Km to Cala Pi a quiet cove with sandy beach. Shallow clear waters, ideal for children. Lots of steps to beach, not suitable for wheelchair users or the disabled.
10Km to Es Trenc, the finest beach in Mallorca. Lovely long sandy beach and dunes. One small bar for refreshments. Easy parking at Sa Rapita (not Sundays, very busy with locals).

Golf
Newly completed golf course at Maioris, 10/15 mins drive.

Special interest holidays
Spa days at nearby Marriot Hotel by arrangement.

Travel
San Joan airport 30 mins easy drive. Car hire essential.

Distances
Llucmajor 15Km for supermarket/banks and market (Weds/Sunday). Easy drive on main road or scenic drive using restricted speed 'green' roads.
Lovely monastry at Randa 18Km, views over most of south Mallorca.
30 mins to Palma.
