This three bedroom Casa is ideally situated within five minutes walk of the Cala D'or Marina, which has a large selection of first class restaurants, cafes and bars. The location provides access to all local amenities and is within walking distance of a number of beaches. The resort is popular with families and couples. The Casa is maintained to a high standard, and can comfortable accommodate six people. It is part of a small private complex with pools which are child friendly surrounded by secluded gardens.

Bedrooms: Two double rooms on the ground floor which share a bathroom, one has a large double bed and the other twin single beds. Upstairs is the master bedroom with Large double bed. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin.

Kitchen: There is a well-equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine.
Living Rooms: Fully air-conditioned, the Casa comprises of a lounge/dining area, television, video, DVD and satellite viewing. The Lounge has large Patio Doors which lead to the Patio and gated garden, the gated garden leads out to the pool, ideal for small children.

The Casa is ideally suited to families with children of all ages, we can provide cots and a high chair if required at no extra charge. Being in a central location, this casa would also suit the more mature guest as local shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a short walking distance.

The Val D'Or 18 hold golf course is only a 10 minute drive from the villa.

Travel
Palma International Airport is 60km distance from the Casa and can be reached by car within 50 minutes.

Distances
Cala D'Or town can be reached within 15 minutes walk around the Marina.
Cala Egos is only 5 minutes walk, where supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and shops can be reached.

Booking notes
Prices are shown per week and include the use of a safe, weekly cleaning and change of linen/towels. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is due eight weeks prior to departure.
