Changeover day
Changeover days is a Friday. The villa should be ready for your arrival not before 2pm and normal vacation time is 10am, however the villa manager will always be flexible.

The pool area is surrounded by terracing with plenty of furniture where you can sit and enjoy the views, or you could choose to catch the sun from the roof terrace above. There is a built in BBQ and an outside shower. The swimming pool measures 8x5m, and 1.8m deep, with steps into the shallow end. There is also private parking area in front of the villa with enough for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The village of Cala'n Porter is less than 5 min walk where you will find several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Cala'n Porter beach is located either by road or by steps down from the village.
Travel
The airport is approx 15 mins and Mahon 20 mins drive. Taxis are available at the airport and cost approx. 20 euros.

A deposit of £100 per week will be required to confirm your booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
