Situated near the port of Addaia on the north coast of Menorca, a lovely 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool set in lawned gardens with olive trees and surrounded by oleander hedges. Within walking distance of the charming marina port of Addaia and of shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches of Na Macaret and Arenal d'en Castell are only 4 minutes by car.

Changeover day
The normal changeover day is Friday but this can be negotiable.
The villa will be available for occupation from 2pm on each Friday and check out on day of departure is 10am.
| Bedrooms: | The 2 upstairs bedrooms have 2 single beds pushed together; ceiling fans and large fitted cupboards. Door to roof terrace from bedroom 1 and from landing. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 on ground floor with twin beds and fitted cupboard. |
| Bathrooms: | Large upstairs shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Smaller downstairs shower room with shower, basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer, Belfast sink, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | Sitting room with wood burning stove, 2 three-seater sofas, corner table, drinks cabinet, bookshelf, dining table and chairs, radio/CD player, satellite television and DVD player. Two sliding doors to terrace and pool and garden. |
| Other: | Large roof terrace. Ground floor covered terrace with table and chairs and 'Menorcan' curtains for added shade. Sunloungers. Built in barbeque. Outside shower for de-sanding after the beach! |

Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly, but NOT beach or pool towels. The villa is fully cleaned. |

Notes on accommodation
Cots and high chairs can be rented if required. The swimming pool has steps at the shallow end for small children and is approximately 7x4m. Car hire can be arranged.
Outside
Lawned gardens to front, sides and rear of property with olive trees providing shade and oleanders around the perimeter. Private pool - maintained twice weekly; built in barbeque with outside light. Outside shower. Sunloungers and other chairs and tables.
Coast/Beach
Diving facilities from the Port of Addaia.
Swimming at nearby beaches of Na Macaret and Arenal d'en Castell 4 minutes drive away, also delightful sandy beach at Son Parc 10 minutes by car. Our favourite beach is San Tomas on the south coast which is 25 minutes by car.
Golf
Golf course at Son Parc 5 miles distance.
Travel
Mahon airport is about 25 minutes by car. Car hire is very much recommended as there are so many places to see and explore.
Distances
Mahon approximately 12 miles.
Fornells approximately 6 miles.
Alaior approximately 5 miles.
Further details
In Addaia (3 minutes walk away) there is a small supermarket, a newspaper and gift shop, El Castillo and Bar Pins for eating out and an Irish pub with television screens for sporting events if required. Windsurfing and sailing at Fornells.
Booking notes
Bookings taken and confirmed direct with owners. A 25% deposit is required to secure booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday starts. Payment is by cheque. No refund will be made for non-appearance or early departure - your own travel and medical insurance must cover this eventuality.
