Beautiful, private finca with pool set in 28,000 sq. mtrs. of gardens, fruit trees and wooded hillside. The finca has been lovingly restored and now offers 3 bedrooms (all air-conditioned) and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people; there is also a study with sofa bed suitable for 1 or 2 children. The finca is located on the outskirts of S'Arraco, local shops, bars and restaurants are few minutes walk away. The luxury resort of Port Andratx and the beaches at Camp de Mar and St Elm are all just 10 minutes drive away.

A £500 returnable damages deposit is payable with the final balance.

Changeover day
We are flexible on start dates however you are requested to leave the property by 10am so that the finca can be prepared for the following guests and new guests are requested not to arrive before 4pm.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: The large master bedroom has a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds and en-suite facilities.
The 3rd Bedroom is downstairs and has twin beds and a bathroom which also doubles up as a guest toilet.
All with a/c.
Bathrooms: Master en-suite, has twin wash basins, separate shower and bath, toilet.
2nd en-suite has toilet, basin and walk-in shower.
3rd bathroom toilet, basin and walk-in shower.
There is also a separate toilet, wash room located outside by the pool area.
Kitchen: The kitchen is large and spacious and has all the necessary equipment needed. Cooker, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher walk-in larder.
Utility Room: Washer/dryer ironing facilities.
Living Rooms: The Finca has a large lounge area with open fireplace and french windows leading onto one of the very many terraces, TV and DVD, archway through to the separate study (with sofa bed suitable for children) bathroom and 3rd bedroom.
Other: The outside kitchen has a traditional woodburning BBQ with chimney, kitchen units, sink, fridge/freezer. The french windows open out onto a vine covered terrace with dining table. By the pool there is also a separate covered terrace with luxury seating.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The price includes all bed linen and bath towels. For guests booking 14 nights the bed linen, towels will be changed mid-stay along with the kitchen and bathrooms being cleaned. Should we wish we can arrange for additional maid service.

Notes on accommodation
The bedrooms are all air conditioned, and the Finca has marble radiators in all rooms making this an ideal property for all seasons.

Outside
One of the outstanding features of this Finca is its position with fabulous views over the village and surrounding valley to the mountains. Not to mention the 7.5 acres of orchards; olives, oranges, lemons, limes, figs, cherries, almonds, hazelnut; which you are free to roam and eat(!) at leisure. The hillside behind the Finca will keep young and young at heart entertained; great for exploring, tree climbing, hide and seek. The large pool has a wonderful terrace for sunbathing and for watching the magnificent sunsets.

Coast/Beach
The pretty cove and beach of St Elm is only 3 kilometres away, with views over the Dragonera Island. The village offers a number of great fish resturants and keen walkers can trek up to Le Trapa. Camp de Mar and Peguera beaches are about 10 minutes drive and the large resorts of Santa Ponca Magaluf about 20 minutes drive.

Golf
Mallorca has 17 golf courses, the nearest is the challenging and breathtaking Golf D'Andratx which is 15 minutes drive away. The Golf course also has an excellent driving range and practise area, tutition is also availabe from the Welsh Professional. Santa Ponsa golf Club is about 25 minutes drive and within 40 minutes drive there are at least a further 3 courses, Royal Bendinat, Son Vida, Poniente.

Travel
Palma 35 minutes drive; Airport 40 minutes drive.

Booking notes
All prices are per week in UK pounds, and for 6 people. Please call if you wish to use the study put-up bed so we can check suitability and additional cost. The minimal rental period is one week. The price includes a welcome pack, cleaning and change of bed linen, towels etc. at the end of each week. Additional maid service may be arranged by prior request. A non-refunable deposit of 25% is required when booking the balanced payable 8 weeks prior to the start fo the holiday.
