Beautiful detached villa situated in an elegant, quiet cul-de-sac, with high walls and gates offering peace, privacy and security for young children. The covered terraces of the villa over look the private pool (8 x 4), lawn area, sun loungers with cushions and large wicker dining table and chairs and lovely Menorcian style brick built bbq conveniently positioned close by. Trebaluger is a quiet semi-rural village full of charm and character, with a well stocked supermarket within walking distance, selling excellent fresh meats, fruit, vegetables and freshly baked bread. Within a 5 minute drive is the beautiful harbour town of Cales Fonts in Es Castell offering an excellent choice of restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Alcalfur, Binibequer and Binissafuller are just a 10 minute drive away and the elegant port of Mahon just a 15 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Friday. Arrival after 2pm, departure before 10am.

| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge and dining area are beautifully furnished with rich wood parquet flooring throughout and patio doors leading onto the covered terrace, overlooking the gardens and pool. There is a satellite TV, a DVD and radio/CD stereo. |
| Other: | There is also a washing machine, 2 hairdryers, iron and ironing board. Laundry hanging area outside. The master bedroom leads out through French doors to the patio and pool area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is fully prepared for your arrival. All towels and linen are included (except beach towels) and provided once a week. Mid week cleans are not included. Should you require a mid term clean this can be arranged, at a cost of £45. |

Outside
The villa has lovely covered terraces offering shade from the mid day sun, a pretty garden with lawn area and private pool (8 x 4, 80cm shallow end and 2 metres deep end). The villa benefits from the sun all day long. On the covered terraced area there is a large wicker table, 8 chairs with cushions, ideal for all your al fresco dining! The Menorcian style brick built barbecue is conveniently positioned close by. Sun loungers with cushions are provided. There are also steps at the side of the villa leading up to a lovely roof terrace. Large drying area.
Coast/Beach
Whilst Trebaluger doesn’t boast it’s own beach, you’re never very far from the sea. The beautiful harbour of Cales Fonts boasts a myriad of restaurants, whilst the beaches of Punta Prima, Alcalfar, Binibequer and Binissafuller are no more than a 10-minute drive, with the pretty cove Cala Rafalet walking distance from the villa.
Golf
Son Park 18 hole golf course is approx 25 minutes away from the villa by car, and offers professional tuition, buggy and club hire, driving range and a nice club bar and restaurant to relax after a game of golf.
Travel
The airport of Mahon is 15 minutes away by car from the villa.
Distances
Trebaluger is a quiet semi-rural village full of charm and character, with a well stocked supermarket within walking distance, selling excellent fresh meats, fruit, vegetables and freshly baked bread. The local towns of Es Castell and San Lluis are just 5 minutes by car. San Lluis was founded by the French in the mid-18th Century. It’s a picturesque traditional Menorcan town, with a host of excellent shops, restaurants and bars.
Further details
Much of the Island is now protected as a UNESCO 'Reserva de Biosfera' which makes it a favourite for walkers, birdwatchers and wild flower enthusiasts, particularly in Spring. Archaeologists are also catered for too, with numerous sites to visit. Sailing, scuba diving, wind surfing, tennis and cricket are all within easy reach. The villa is approximately 15 minute drive from Mahon Airport.
Booking notes
Once you have confirmed that your holiday dates are available, a booking form will be sent to you to complete. A 20% deposit is payable by English cheque or direct payment into a UK bank at the time of booking and the remainder is required 8 weeks before your holiday start date. We do ask for a 100 pound breakage deposit which will be returned to you.
