Air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with private balcony and BBQ. Situated on the North Coast of Menorca, in the resort of Son Parc. 5 minutes drive from the only Golf Course on the Island. Fantastic views over the Mountain of El Toro.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. It may be possible to accomodate alternatives depending on other bookings. Please vacate the apartment by 12 noon to allow for cleaning. Note: it may be possible to use the ground floor changing/shower room for a later departure.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds and built in wardrobe.
Double sofa bed in lounge.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash basin.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with all appliances including: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. The washing machine is situated in a cupboard on the rear balcony.
Utility Room: On the ground floor there is a private storage/changing room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Living Rooms: The lounge has a 3 seater sofabed, 2 chairs, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs. TV and DVD player. Sliding patio door onto balcony with furniture and built-in BBQ.
Other: There is a covered private parking space, although this can be difficult to access with a large car.

All towels and linen are supplied. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. Additional cleaning may be provided for a charge on request.

Outside
The apartment has a south facing balcony overlooking the pool. Complete with furniture and loungers. The area is fully enclosed with door leading to the pool. The pool is surrounded with a large grassed area perfect for sun-bathing.

Coast/Beach
An excellent (safe) beach is within a 10 minute walk. However, there are many beaches on the Island which are worth exploring by car, often off the beaten track. It is also a pleasant walk across the cliff to the resort of Arenal D'en Castell, with an alternative beach and restaurants.

Golf
It is a 5 minute drive to the only golf course on the Island. C. It has an excellent club house with bar and restaurant. The golf course complex also has tennis courts for hire

Travel
Mahon Airport is 20 minutes by car/taxi. There is a bus service from Son Parc. However, for exploring the Island a car is recommended.

Distances
Menorca is not a particularly large Island and anywhere can be reached by car in under an hour.

Further details
Menorca also has many entertainments for example: there is a Water Slide Park less than an hours drive away, or take a trip on a boat around Mahon Harbour. During the summer many of the villages have a Fiesta which is worth visiting (see local press). Horse riding and sailing are within a very short drive.
