Notes on accommodation
South facing balconies offer panoramic views of the long, sandy Son Bou beach. Main balcony has sun canopy and ample terrace furniture. Two free standing fans. Free standing heaters/radiators for cooler months UPVC tilt & turn windows and balcony doors fitted throughout the apartment.

Outside
The apartment is set in attractive, well-maintained gardens with excellent views of both pools, the latter being for residents use only. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with easy on-road parking in front of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
Son Bou beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away at the bottom of a pine clad hill. It is the longest sandy beach on the island, with free car parking, lifeguard patrols, various watersports and beach bars.
Golf
Son Parc has a 15-hole course and is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
Travel
The resort is approximately 20 minutes from Mahon International Airport. There are regular bus services throughout the island but we would strongly recommend hiring a car.
Distances
Nearest towns are Alaior 7 km & Mercadal 10-12 km away Mahon & Cuitadella are well worth a visit as are some of the pre-historic sites dotted all over the island.
Further details
Nearest supermarket is about 5 minute walk away behind the San Valentin hotel. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants and cash points are situated at the bottom of the hill.
Booking notes
A non-returnable deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. We recommend that appropriate insurance is taken out to cover cancellation.
