The apartment is situated in a delightful garden area with palm trees and is within easy walking distance of the long sandy beach (approximately 2 miles long). There are 3 swimming pools with restaurants on site. The apartment has a front terrace which is not overlooked by the neighbours on which you can have your meals and, from here, you can step straight out onto the lawn. The nearest swimming pool is 250 yards and beds and parasols are available to hire.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and 1 baby (for which a cot can be hired). There is an additional charge of £25 for a one week let.

Changeover day
Friday, being the most popular day for flights from all parts of the UK but we may be able to accommodate different days.

Bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both rooms have ceiling fans.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with full bath, shower, wc with constant hot water heated by electricity. Recently refurbished.
Kitchen: Refurbished kitchenette with full gas stove with 4 rings, grill and oven. Microwave, Full size fridge/freezer, toaster.. Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Living/dining area with 1 fixed settee and a dining table with 4 chairs which leads straight out onto the front terrace.ceiling fan.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are supplied and are changed weekly and the apartment is fully cleaned between lets. Beach towels are not supplied. There is a launderette close to the Club San Jaime.

Coast/Beach
An easy walk to the beach past a nature reserve or there is a Noddy train which passes close to the apartment and goes to within a few hundred yards of the beach. There are beach bars, beds and parasols for hire, pedalos and windsurfing.

Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 15 minutes by car or taxi. Car hire not essential, but worth it to see the whole island. We can arrange car hire.

Further details
Son Bou is situated in approximately the centre of the south coast of the island. The Club San Jaime is open from 9.00am until late for drinks and food and during medium and high season has entertainment most evenings, which is free and suitable for all ages.

On the way to the beach there is a complex with shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and a cash machine. There are now 3 supermarkets on the complex.
