At the rear of the apartments is a communal swimming pool surrounded by a grassed garden area that is all well maintained.
Coast/Beach
Arenal's beautiful circle shaped beach is just 2 minutes from the apartment. Windsurfers, boats, pedallos, umbrellas and sun-loungers can be hired on the beach. The beach is cleaned every day and has clear blue water making it ideal for swimming and snorkelling and is very safe for children and adults alike. Walks can be taken along the coastline paths.

Son Parc golf club is only 15 minutes away.

Mahon airport is only 17km away.
