April House is a very attractive casita quietly located in the countryside just 2 minutes by car far from the charming village of Sant Josep. It has its own private parking, pool with sun terrace & fantastic sea views, landscaped garden & pond. It is privately situated within the beautiful grounds of B167. There are two outdoor dinings area, the pool terrace for breakfast and evening by the pond, with its own barbecue surrounded by palm trees and a cactus garden. The casita has a lovely cosy and rustic feel with a log burning stove, white washed walls and terracotta floor tiles. The large bedroom features a king sized four poster bed. The rooms have new radiators to ensure you are warm should the evenings be chilly. A new double shower was installed earlier in the year. An ideal place to relax and unwind during the beautiful autumn, winter and spring months of Ibiza. All in all a home from home experience and if you dont feel like cooking we can provide breakfast and dinner too!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds based on 2 people sharing.
Long term lets are available with block bookings of up to 2 months 1.900 euros per month. Over 2 months the rate is 1.700 euros per month. Logs are included in the price up to 15 euros. Breakfast is available @ 12 euros per person and dinner @ 25 euros per person.
Changeover day
Changeover day is a usually a Saturday, but we can be flexible. Arrival is after 14.00 hours and departure by 11.00am, unless otherwise agreed.

The bedroom is very large & attractive, (not appreciated in the photo shot) with double doors leading straight to the private pool & breakfast terrace. The kingsize four poster bed adds a special feature & the windows look directly out to the countryside. |

The shower room is light and airy with attractive hand basin, bidet, wooden cupboard and glass shelving. A newly fitted double shower has been fitted for your comfort. There is a large heated towel radiator. |
| Kitchen: |
The extremely well equipped kitchen is open plan with granite work surfaces. Included is a washing machine, mircrowave, fridge, double oven with hob and dishwasher. |

Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living area is open plan with dining facilities. There is CD player, DVD, TV with English satellite and a lovely log burning stove. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen and towels are provided. Also a hairdryer. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. Cleaning and linen change is weekly unless otherwise requested. |
Notes on accommodation
Heating is provided by radiators, heated towel rail in the bathroom and there is also the log burning stove, so even on those chilly evenings you will be cosy and warm! In the summer there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area.

Outside
The pool is perfect to sit by first thing in the morning for breakfast or for a coffee and the area is totally private with lovely views of the countryside and out to sea. You have your own high quality dedon stlye sun loungers with pool towels provided. There is private parking for two cars under a very attractive bespoke wrought iron car port. The casita is located in the countryside with views of almond tree terraces and pine trees. There is abundant wild life with over 50 species of birds having been spotted in the gardens!! The pond has fish and frogs and the overall feeling is of a haven of retreat!
Coast/Beach
The casita is located just outside the very pretty village of Sant Josep. There are many walks and beautiful beaches only minutes away by car.
Travel
The airport is a 15 minute drive. A car is recommended.
Distances
Ibiza Town is only a twenty minute drive. Sant Josep village is 2 minutes by car and has a lovely church, cafes, post office, pharmacy, dentist, doctor, banks, small boutiques and several good little restaurants and attractive white washed cafes.
Ibiza Town - 15 minutes. Sant Antoni marina and yacht club - 10 minutes. KM5 - 5 minutes. Can Verge restaurant - 2 minutes. Sol de sienna - 2 minutes. Es Galliner and Destinos - 2 minutes. Cala Conta beach - 10 minutes. Salinas Beach - 15 minutes.
Further details
There is a large supermarket 10 minutes drive from the casita. Most amenities can be found in the village however.
Booking notes
Bookings are daily or weekly. 50% deposit is required with the balance and security deposit of 150 pounds due 30 days prior to arrival.
