Fully refurbished. Superb location on the famous Alcudia Beach by the Marina. Excellent amenities including shops, restaurants and bars in the adjoining avenue and beyond. Historic market towns nearby: Alcudia (ancient walls) and Pollenca. White sand beach starts here and stretches for miles to the East; attractive coves to the West and spectacular Cape Formentor. The island's main bird sanctuary is approximately 10 minutes drive. Tourist information provided in apartment. Cheap flights to Palma (approx. 2.5 hrs from UK). Excellent car hire rates. Around 45 minutes drive from the airport. Free parking on and about the site. Taxi rank and bus stops nearby. "El Greco" building has only 16 apartments in 2 sections on 4 floors (2 per floor off each access). Stairs and lift leading to this "Penthouse" which has private roof terrace (the roof terrace is not suitable for young children unless properly supervised).

Ideal for family holidays - adult and children's pool. Gently shelving beach.
Outside
Private roof terrace with chairs and sun loungers (the roof terrace is not suitable for young children unless properly supervised). Shared large pool with free sun loungers. Pleasant landscaped communal gardens leading to beach.

Carabela Beach Apartments are aptly named as they adjoin Alcudia beach.
Golf
5 minutes drive to Alcanada 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent-Jones with superb Mediterrean views, gently sloping to shore line.
10 minutes drive to scenic 9 hole course at Pollenca.
3 fine 18 hole courses (Capdepera, Canyamel and Pula approx. 45 mins to East).
Travel
Palma is approx. 50 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes by car.
Distances
Most parts of the island can be reached within 1.5 hours by car.
2 km to Alcudia Old Town, 12 km to Puerto Pollenca, 15 km to Pollenca, 20 km to Can Picafort... In the heart of North West of Majorca.
Further details
Children's Water Park within 5 minutes drive. Various water sports at the harbour and nearby lakes. Easy ferry access to Menorca from Alcudia's commercial port.
The North of Majorca is very quiet from November to March, which is a good time for touring or golf.
