Changeover day
Flexible departures and arrives unless we have another booking, in that case arrival at 4 pm and exit 10.30 am. Flexible changeover day though preferable entry on Friday or Saturday.

Minimum period of renting: 1 week or seven days. 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance in cash at the arrival to the villa or bank transfer 15 days before arrival. 500 euros (+-400 libras) for damage/breakages deposit returned after holiday is complete (if nodamage)
