Changeover day
Saturday to co-ordinate following bookings. Entrance after 3pm and check out at 10am.

| Living Rooms: | Exposed stone floor with rugs and well lit high ceiling with beams. Traditional oak front door with light porch entrance leading across the road to the orange and lemon orchard. The living room contains an open fireplace with a traditional chimney canopy. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is centrally heated and has flat screen satellite TV, DVD player.
Children are very welcome, and there is a travel cot, high chair and a box of toys.
Accessibility
Ground floor apartment directly off street, easy access for wheelchair.
Outside
Generous built-in BBQ and sink in orchard in front with outdoor table and seating for 6. Loungers under the trees. The orchard is perfect for small children to run around in safety. The orchard next to the stream has lemon and orange trees as well as grape vines and almond trees.
Coast/Beach
The orchard apartment is a fifteen minute walk down an ancient donkey path, through olive groves, to the part sandy/rocky cove known as Cala Deia, with waterside restaurants. A five minute walk to village center for supplies, and first class restaurants. Bakery serves fresh baked bread daily and all English newspapers. The mountains and sea offer wonderful walking, including a path that follows the beautiful coastline or over the mountain all the way to Soller.
Travel
Three quarters of an hour from Palma airport. As the apartment is close to Deia village amenities car hire not absolutely essential. Cars are available at airport or taxi service can be arranged to bring renters peacefully to the apartment and car hire can be arranged in Soller on arrival.
Distances
Deia is situated in the spectacular mountain range of the north west coast. Since Robert Graves came to live here in the thirties the amazing beauty has attracted and inspired artists from all over the world.

The street is quiet, a leasily strole through an enchanted village where you will find some of the finest restaurants on the island.

We got into a regular routine,up early,a brisk walk on the lovely donkey trail down to the beach,where we swam each day to the point, watching the marine life under the water through our masks Beautiful deep blue water. Amazing to see the schools of fish sway in the currents. Looking back at the cove from the point was a magical experience. It was so lovely to eat in the orchard under the stars. The restaurants in the main street of Deia are fabulous,such variety of choice for such a small place. With the church illuminated at night, the village is an absolute enchantment.Sebastian and Maria from Berlin.
The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed, A real treat to have an open fire in the evening after a day walking in the mountains.Lighting supurb.
