Communal adult and baby pool, changing rooms and sun bathing terrace. Cala Fornells village is only a 5 min walk; here there's a small shop (serving fresh bread and cakes!), 2 great restaurants and breathtaking views. We love it and we're sure you will too.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Note: this beautiful ground floor apartment benefits greatly from a private terrace and beautiful walled garden - ideal for families. It is one of the nearest apartments to the pool and also has a lovely chill-out deck - where you can lay back, pour a glass of wine (light a candle or two) and watch the stars! More photos can be supplied on request. Thanks.
Changeover day
Mostly Saturday to Saturday (but this is flexible). Note: Please vacate the apartment by 11am on the morning of departure so we can prepare & clean for new arrivals. Guests may check-in from 3pm. Thank you.

The main living room is open plan and contemporary in design. It is furnished to a very high standard and filled with things we love (after all, this is our home!). There is a huge sofa, an easy chair, a giant beanbag and a table with seating for 6. |

There’s a spacious sun terrace with teak furniture and room for 6-8 people to dine ‘al fresco’ (& a giant hammock!). Steps lead to a private walled garden with a BBQ, sun deck & views over the pools, communal gardens & surrounding hills/pine forest. |

While a washing machine and cleaning equipment are supplied, the apartment can be cleaned once a week - for a small fee - if required. Stays of 7+ nights: a weekly linen & towel change is provided. Note: An additional maid service can also be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
5* designer luxury. 3 Bed/2 Bath. Everything brand new. Safe and secure gated complex. Nice and quiet (only 22 apartments). Lovely private garden (very safe for children), BBQ and 'Zen-inspired' chill-out deck. Child friendly. Air conditioned throughout (hot & cold: ideal for year round holidays). There is Wireless Internet nearby - for those who like to surf (and work) on holiday. Smoke alarms. Pools maintained daily (our apartment also benefits from being one of the nearest to the pool). Wonderful beaches 90m and 500m away. Great restaurants nearby. Smoking outside only please (ashtrays provided). Allocated secure parking. No pets.

Outside
There are 2 beautiful pools; a communal adult pool and a baby pool (both are maintained daily). WC and changing facilities, a sun bathing terrace and newly landscaped gardens for the exclusive use and enjoyment of residents. 90 metres from a small beach and 500 metres from a larger beach. 2 mins drive to Paguera and Camp de Mar beaches (i.e. the bays either side of Cala Fornells). 10 mins drive to the Marinas of Andratx (famous Wednesday market) and Puerto Portals (try a cocktail in Cappuccino Bar!) where you can sit, eat great food and watch the yachts and beautiful people. 20 mins to Palma. Visit the historic old town with its beautiful cathedral (worth a trip on a Sunday morning) and winding alleys packed with boutiques/restaurants/cafes.
Coast/Beach
For nice beaches try Sant Elm, Cala Della, Port Soller, Camp de Mar (the next bay), Formentor and Es Trenc. For ‘real’ Mallorcan village/town life and food try Capdella, Deia, Galilea, Puigpunyent, Port Soller, Pollenca, Valdemossa, Alcudia (old town) and Portixol. There is also an old narrow gauge train journey between Palma & Soller which is lovely. We suggest you pick up a guide book such as 'The Rough Guide' to Mallorca which is full of great information and suggestions for things to see.
Golf
If you’ve come on holiday to spend time with your golf crazy partner… forget it! There are Championship Courses across the island, including Andratx, Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar (the next bay) and Poniente.
Special interest holidays
Keen mountain bikers will love Mallorca with its mountain scenery and unspolit, woodland trails. The island, and the immediate area around Cala Fornells is also suited ideally to Walking (the Tramuntana mountains offer some of the finest walks in Europe), Horse Riding, Diving, Fishing, Golfing, Sailing and all Water Sports (and Eating, Drinking & Shopping!!).
Travel
Palma airport is only 30 mins away. The route is very easy and takes you along one stretch of very good road, virtually to the front door. Note: We recommend you hire a car. Try Centauro on 0034 971267460. Also, visit www.carjet.com - a search engine which compares prices of all car rental agents on the island. Similarly, go to www.flight-pa.com for the cheapest flights to Mallorca (both sites highly recommended!).
Distances
There are 2 lovely restaurants in Cala Fornells village which you can walk to in 5 mins (sample the grilled squid with garlic and incredible views at Gran Tortuga!). Or, try the Cala Fornells Hotel on the beach for an evening drink and watch the sun go down. For a busier atmosphere, Pageura with its supermarkets/chemists/banks/restaurants is 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk. Puerto Portals is 10 mins; Andratx 5 mins (famous Wednesday market); Aquapark 10 mins; Golf 5 mins; nearest beer pump 2 mins!

Please also note: this is a very difficult place to leave... you will love it! P.S. if you haven't been to Mallorca outside of peak season (ie. June to September) please consider it. As I sit writing this on our terrace it's November; the temperature is 24 degrees, the sky is blue and the countryside is lush and green. It reminds me of a beautiful English summer's day. Finally, all our customers receive an email pack prior to their arrival containing information on things like: water parks/kids activities; the 'best' beaches, restaurants, shops, markets, day trips/excursions etc; useful phone numbers (e.g. doctors, dentists, taxis) and more.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a £100 'Final Cleaning and Laundry Fee' and a refundable £350 security deposit. Note: Security deposits are returned immediately, once we receive keys and our agent has checked the apartment for damage etc.
