Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday in high season but flexible depending on bookings at other times.

| Other: | Outside terracing is on two floors. Downstairs has sunny terraces with loungers and table with seating for 6. Plus a barbecue. The upstairs terrace is from the main bedroom 1. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Face and bath towels are included (not beach towels), all bed linen (cotton) is included. Accommodation is cleaned on a weekly basis when towels and linen are also changed. |
Notes on accommodation
The accommodation has underfloor heating throughout.
Air conditioning to all rooms (except bathrooms). Very suitable for children in a secure gated development of 50 properties.
Outside
The terraces have sun loungers, patio furniture for 6 and a barbecue. There are 3 shared swimming pools. The 50 house development has extensive gardens with 2 full time gardeners.
Coast/Beach
Only a 5 minute stroll to the sandy beach of Camp de Mar. This beach is in a cove, very child friendly, with shops and restaurants. Also has pedalo hire in high season.
The picturesque Puerto Andratx is a 5 minute drive away, which has shops, bars and restaurants. The popular resort of Peguera is within a 5 minute drive.
Golf
The house overlooks the 16th fairway of the top quality Golf de Andratx course. There are also many other courses within easy reach.
Travel
Palma airport is 30 minutes drive away, or costs 40 euros in a taxi. Car hire is available from the Airport but is not essential to enjoy the area.
Distances
Palma town is a 20 minute drive. Peguera town and beach are 5 minutes by car or only 5 euros in a taxi.
Further details
Camp de Mar has a bank, fashion and food shops, restaurants and bars. Supermarkets in Puerto Andratx and Peguera are only a 5 minute drive.
Booking notes
Bookings are made direct to the owners, by phone or e-mail. A £150 per week deposit secures the booking, with a final payment 6 weeks before departure. A fully refundable breakage deposit is also reqiured before departure.
