The landscaped pool, 9.5 x 5m, offers superb mountain views with a summer kitchen and bar whilst the the upper levels of some 5000 sqm of terracing allows safe exploration of the Mallorcan woodlands.

Notes on accommodation
Full oil fired central heating. At extra cost if needed in the winter period November to March. The pool is not fenced. Mums and dads need to be responsible for their children's safety.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with walking difficulties - there are stairs!
Outside
The 9.5 x 5 m private pool is surrounded by over 200sq.m paved terraces with table, chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrellas. A further larger terrace is on the lower level. There is a poolside summer kitchen equipped with sink/work surface, fridge, microwave, electric 2 ring hob, kettle, a gas BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Port Andratx (6km). This is a leisure and professional fishing port. Fashionable, Mallorca's San Tropez. Excellent boutiques, restaurants, many bars. No real beach. Good beaches: St Telmo (10km) swim off sand or rocks. Good restaurants. Calla Lamp (8km) Rocks V good restaurant. Camp de Mar (6km) sand, beach restaurants.
Golf
Golf in Camp de Mar (6km), Snta Ponca (89 km) and at Bendinat (15km). All water sports in Port Andratx (6km), tennis in Andratx town (1.5 km). Also in Andratx a major Wednesday market. Excellent cycling and walking country.
Travel
Palma Airport 40km (45 min). Palma Harbour (Car Ferries to Barcelona) 25km (30min). Mostly on motorways. Use of car essential.
Distances
Sa Coma (our village 0.7km) 1 mini supermarket, 1 restaurant, 2 bars. Andratx Town 1.5km. Old town, fortified Church, shops, 2 large supermarkets, banks, health centre (24hr Doctor)accepts E111 forms. Port Andratx 6km cosmopolitan, smart. All facilities.

Andratx Town: Tennis. Port Andratx: Sailing, Diving (Qualified School), Motor boat hire, Windsurf hire, Water skiing. Golf at Camp de Mar 6km, Santa Ponca (8km) and Bedinat 18km. Riding stables near Sta Ponsa 12km. Extensive hill walking and cycling.
Booking notes
Provisional reservation by phone, fax or email; held for 3 working days. Confirmation on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost. The non-returnable balance of the rental and a returnable security deposit of £300 should reach our Bank 30 days before the start of the holiday. Banking details will be given at the time of the provisional booking. The security deposit will be returned 14 days after the rental.
