Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday summer season, June - September winter season is flexible. Ask for weekend rates. We have a local contact for emergencies, whose phone no. will be supplied. Available after 4 pm on day of arrival. Vacate 10 am on day.

Outside
Covered terrace with table, chairs, wicker sofa and coffee table, leading onto a large patio/pool area with barbeque, dining table & chairs, sunbeds, bamboo parasol and pool shower. All surrounded by gardens with palm, olive, lemon, grapefruit and orange trees.
Coast/Beach
The property is in a quiet village of established private villas and houses. In the village there is a deep cove with a beach. To the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca.
Golf
The Marriott Son Antem Golf and Spa hotel. The Son Antem offers two championship 18 hole courses. Spa, leisure club, pool and restaurant (25 min). Local Golf course near Llucmajor (15 mins) A new golf complex is being built 10 minutes away between Cala Pi and Arenal. Due to open in 2006.
Travel
Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. There are markets most days in Mallorca, the nearest being Lucmajor on Fridays, only 10 minutes away. Felanitx is on Sunday and has a very picturesque centre ideal for lunch. Sineu is on Wednesdays. Most markets are over by 1 or 2 pm. Palma, Arenal, Campos and Cala d’Or are all within easy reach. Arenal has a water park.

Airport 30km. Palma 38km. Ferry 38km. Water Park 20km.

In the village is the Cala Pi Club, at which excursions can be booked. There are also many bars and restaurants. Choose from a quality fish restaurant, to a burger bar and pizza restaurant which will happily supply takeaway food. La Tarressa, an excellent spanish restaurant will supply take away paella. Mini supermarket. Porta Pi is a huge shopping centre in Palma, turn right opposite the port entrance. Festival Park is a modern retail park, off the motorway, on the way to Inca.
Booking notes
We will send a booking procedure document. To confirm the booking send £100/150euro security/deposit by cheque or internet transfer (internet transfer preferred, bank details or Iban supplied when required). The £100 security will cover any damage, fully refundable if none or minor damage. (broken cups etc). Total amount as shown on the price list, payable eight weeks prior to the start date. Keys will be sent by recorded delivery one week prior to start date, UK only. others can collect.
