Located on the cliff edge directly above the sea with panoramic sea and mountain views surrounded by pine & cevina trees. Can Eriçó is in a quiet and secluded area in the north of the island within a protected forestry zone where there are long walks accessible directly from the house. On a clear day, Majorca is visible on the horizon some 80km away. In the Summer the sun rises from the sea and sets behind the hills late in the evening.

Due to its location on the cliff edge Can Eriçó is not suitable for children or adults who suffer from vertigo.

Can Eriçó is 425ft above the sea - nearest sandy beach is 4km away at Cala de Sant Vincent where there are shops cafes and restaurants. A closer pebble beach at Port de ses Caletes is set at the head of a deep inlet and is 1km away and can be reached on foot.

Golf
One golf course on Ibiza approximately 18km distance from Can Eriçó.

Travel
Ibiza airport is 38km away and driving time approximately 50/55 minutes. Car hire is essential and special rates have been negotiated at the airport.

Distances
The nearest town is Santa Eulalia 14km away. The nearest hippy markets (Wednesdays / Saturdays & Monday evening) are at Es Canaar 14km and San Carlos 12km. Ibiza town is 22km away.

Further details
Fresh fruit meat & Fish market in Santa Eulalia together with shops, restaurants, museum, beach, ferries and marina. Banks in Sant Joan. Many restaurants within easy driving distance.

Booking notes
Renters are asked to complete and sign our Booking Terms which require a 50% deposit upon acceptance followed by the balance 50% plus a 500 euro security deposit 8 weeks prior to start of holiday. The security deposit is returned within 21 days after the holiday.
