Outside
Communal gardens are maintained to a very high standard. The apartment enjoys three separate outside areas. Small private courtyard with table, chairs and parasol. Balcony off living area via french doors. There is also a very private upper sun terrace on the roof of the apartment with stunning sea and countryside views.
Coast/Beach
The Addaia Marina is a 10 minute walk away. There is a small cantina here selling cold drinks. Arenal beach, ideal for families is only 4 minutes away by car.
Golf
The Golf course at Son Parc is only 15 minutes away by car.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 20 minutes away by car. Car hire would be advisable but not essential. Mahon Airport is very well serviced by taxis. We are now able to provide Car Hire arrangements just ask for a price list. They have NEVER let us down even in peak periods.
Distances
The picturesque town of Alaior is 15 minutes way, here you can wander down narrow winding streets or take a leisurely coffee at one of Alaiors's typical bars. The city of Mahon is 20 minutes away, Mahon has a market on Saturday mornings. Well worth a visit to pick up a bargain. The fishing village of Fornells is 15 minutes way, great for an evening stroll or take dinner at one of the fine restaurants.
Further details
Addaia has three good restaurants plus a bar that always has entertainment during the evenings. The mini-market in Addaia (open 7 days a week) stocks a very good range of fresh food, drinks and household items,they also bake bread on a daily basis. Nearest ATM and pharmacy is in Arenal. Be sure to vistit Cuitadella for great shopping and great atmosphere. Cuitadella in the evening is a magical place.
Booking notes
Full payment 10 weeks prior to departure. Deposit of £50 per week at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until completed booking form and deposit are received.
